SHIPPING COVERAGE

- We currently ship all over Pakistan.

DELIVERY TIME

- Karachi: 3-5 working days.
- Other cities in Pakistan: 5-7 working days.
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

LOGISTICS PARTNERS

- We work with multiple courier services, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- We prioritize order processing and strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible.
- Typically, order processing takes 1-3 working days, depending on order volume.

ORDER TRACKING

- Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number from our courier service.
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or updated in the customer’s account.

MISSED DELIVERY & REATTEMPTS

- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partners will follow their re-attempt policy.
- Customers will be informed about the re-attempt schedule.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

- In the rare case of a damaged or lost parcel, we will evaluate the situation fairly before making a final decision.
- Since we primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD), customers’ payments remain secure.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS

- We currently only offer COD.
- COD refusal policy and deposit requirements for high-value orders are under review and will be updated as needed.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or order cancellations.
- If an order is returned due to refusal, the customer may be required to pay shipping charges for re-delivery.
