Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Wrong Size, Article, or Color (Our Mistake): If we send the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to the customer. Our rider will pick up the incorrect item and drop off the correct one.
- Customer Ordered the Wrong Size (Customer’s Mistake): We are not responsible if the wrong size was selected by the customer. However, if we decide to accommodate the request in good faith, the customer will bear all shipping charges for sending the item back to us and receiving a new one.
- Faulty or Damaged Products: If the product is damaged or faulty from our side, customers must inform us immediately upon receiving the item with picture/video proof. This does not include imperfections inherent to the weave, pattern, or fabric.
- Condition of the Product: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels and tags intact. If we determine that the product has been worn or used, the return/exchange request will be denied.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind.
- Price Difference in Exchanges: If the customer exchanges for a higher-priced item, they must pay the difference. If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit (not cash).
- Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts can only be exchanged for the same amount paid, not the original price.
Pamuk reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund if we find the request invalid or against our policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Customers must contact us via email or WhatsApp with supporting pictures/videos before returning any product. Our team will evaluate and provide further instructions.
- The product must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving it for a return or exchange request to be considered.
- If eligible, we will coordinate with our logistics partner for pick-up and replacement.
REFUND POLICY
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Refunds are only issued in the form of store credit for future purchases.
- If the exchange request is approved, the customer can select a replacement item or receive store credit of the same purchase value.
PROCESSING TIME
- Exchanges and store credits may take up to 15 working days to process. We strive to resolve requests as soon as possible, but due to involvement with logistics providers, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.
FINAL DECISION & DISPUTES
- Pamuk reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request if it does not meet our policy conditions.
- Any disputes should be communicated to us first before raising concerns publicly on social media.
