ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW

- Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped or handed over to the courier.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

CANCELLATION BY PAMUK

Pamuk reserves the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of stock.
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Technical issues with pricing or product listings.

If Pamuk cancels an order, the customer will be notified via email, SMS, or call.
